I have chosen Marijn Schuurmans as director of photography for my
TV film series : ” The time traveling of St Nicolas” , as he has a very
personal and skillful view on things.
He is capable to give a Poetic touch to ordinary scenes.
He is reliable as a human being, and a strong Oasis in the rat race of
filmmaking. His patience during the preparations on locations, is
remarkable.

He goes for it, and is driven by his ambitions to learn each day.
He can work with available as well as to master complicated light.
To work with Marijn was an experience I will never forget, and I
will call him as soon as the next production is ready to roll.
